You can set automatic reminders, and parents can set auto-payments. The integration will also give daycare facilities the option of performing hourly billing and payments at premium rates without it being an administrative nightmare. Our system can be set to automatically calculate and draft from parental accounts on a nightly basis.

School Administration

Our core platform is a child-monitoring and tracking application, active only when a child is in your custody or on a bus. This feature is designed to help you and parents keep track of their children in an effort to keep them safe.
Student ID cards will be scanned when entering and exiting buses, schools, and/or individual classrooms to perform automatic attendance and provide parental alerts. This will remove these tasks from overworked teachers and administrative staff while reducing your liability. This platform will also expand to integrate other administrative fields into one app with accountability and instant documentation. Teacher-Parent-Student communication through the app will be archived and accessible on an administrative level with delivery receipt and read viewing confirmation.
